| 内容記述 | The year of 2009 is the 10th year since 921 Earthquakes occurred on September 21, 1999 in Nantou County, Taiwan. By plans for reconstruction that the central government or local governments performed for these 10 years, the reconstructions such as buildings got worse at many stricken areas. However, the place where it cannot be restored from economic damage is frequent in the farm village area of the central area of Taiwan. One is Long Stay in Taiwan Project held by Puli Township, and the other is Eco-tourism carried out by NGO and local residents of Taomi Village which is a part of Puli Township. Long Stay Project in Puli Township is a type of the farm region stay and could be called eco-tourism which is promoted by Council of Agriculture and Tourism Bureau, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. Ecotourism by Taomi Village is a kind of town development collaborating by NGO and local residents using idea of Environmental Education or ESD. On this research,I take it up about two examples which promoted as reconstruction project of 921 Earthquake. | |||||
