| 内容記述 | In the fishery society, the economic conditions of both fishery managers and the labourers under their domination have been at the mercy of instable elements. Therefore, in this essay the author explained the necessity of " The Guarantee System" which should enable us to render any improvement upon such instable conditions : namely, the necessity of "The Mutual Benefit Society "intending the realization not only of the general fishers economic benefits but of the individual welfare, was elucidated. | |||||
