The hydro-dynamic data of the three-phase flow of gas-liquid-fine particles system are required to specify for the operating conditions in these precesses.\nIn this paper, the detailed data on the gas holdup and pressure drop in horizontal tubes are presented. This paper is a continuation of the previous report on the vertical flow.\nThe experimental conditions are as follows : \ngas velocity = 0~800cm/s,\nliquid or slurry velocities = 15~100cm/s,\nsolid particles concentration in slurry = 0~60wt%,\naverage sizes of particles = 38, 63 and 110 μm, and diameters of tubes = 15 and 26 mm.\nExperimental results show that only slight differences between the three-phase and the two-phase flows are detected in gas holdup measurements, but in the three-phase flow much smaller gas holdups are observed at low slurry flow rates, that the pressure drop
