| 内容記述 | The experimental data for machining of stones with Diamond Abrasive wheel have been little published. It is necessary to be employed the most suitable wheel that suited to the qualities of the stone because of using expensive Diamond Abrasives in machining the stones. In this paper, as a fundamental experiment, the performances of Diamond cut off wheel are examined ; a cut off wheel is used to cut the various kinds of stone to estimate the cut off abilities and the cut off powers. The effects of peripheral speeds of the wheel, feeding speeds of the stones, and the qualities of the stones on the cut off powers and the abilities are estimated from the ratio of contribution by applying the Experimental Factorial Design. |
