| 内容記述 | Samples of YBa_2(Cu, Nb)_3O_y oxide were synthesized by a DC magnetronsputtering method using a YBa_2Cu_3O_y oxide as the substrate and a Nb sheet as the target. The effect of substituting Cu by Nb was studied. Diamagnetic signals of samples measured by AC susceptibility, method were detected at the temperature range of 80~86 K. Superconducting critical temperature Tc, was obtained at 93 K higher than that of the substrate of YBa_2Cu_3O_y oxides, after heat treatment at various temperatures. Some resistance anomalies that suggest a possibility of the oxide superconductor with high Tc, were observed at the temperature range of 278~284 K. | |||||||||||||||||
