| 内容記述 | The compound choking by confluence of two subsonic and parallel streams through a converging duct is experimentally investigated for various ratios of the upstream stagnation pressure to the static.pressure at the duct exit. The optical observations by schlieren method are carried out as well as the pressure measurements. The critical pressure ratio across the converging duct when the compound choking occurs at the duct exit is calculated by a simple flow model where the mixing of the two streams is taken into consideration. The calculated results agree well with the present experimental data. | |||||
