Nb_3Ge and NbN with high Tc was used as a sample and these were prepared by getter sputtering, C.V.D., and a magnetron sputtering method.\nResults confirm that the mechanical vibration from the refrigerator lower Tc by~2K.\nThis phenomenon seems concerned with a structural phase transition in a strong coupled superconductor and very important in the case of using a combintion of a device with high Tc material and small refrigerator.\nThe data has been discussed in connection with the phase transition induced by hydrostatic presure.", "subitem_description_type": "Other"}]},
