| 内容記述 | As one part of a comparative study of Chinese and Japanese languages of apology, this paper is aimed to make a comparison of unpleasant conditions in apologetic issues and the strategies of apology in medical accident scenes between China and Japan. All the scenes are selected from Chinese and Japanese medical TV dramas. As a result, it appears that there are more types of unpleasant conditions in Japanese dramas than in Chinese. Furthermore, among the similar types, such as "Domain Invasion" and "Slip of the Tongue", the feature is more likely to be found in Japanese dramas. From this point, it could be concluded that when doing an apology at a medical situation, the Japanese tend to care more about its influence, rather than objective facts. About the utilization of apologetic strategies, the conclusion is similar with the preceding studies. That is, in Chinese dramas, different strategies of apologies would more likely be given according to various unpleasant conditions, while in Japanese dramas, "definite apologetic expressions" is the basic strategy. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究では，中日の謝罪言語行動の対照研究の一環として，医療現場に焦点を当て，そこで謝罪の前提となる不快状況，および謝罪ストラテジーの利用について比較するのが目的である。TV で放映された中日の医療ドラマを素材として選び，その中から謝罪場面を抽出して分析を行った。 分析の結果，中国ドラマより日本ドラマのほうが不快状況のカテゴリーが多いということが分かった。また，中日で共通する謝罪行動のうち，「なわばり侵入」，「暴言失言」などのタイプが日本ドラマで頻出する点が特徴である。このことから，医療場面で謝罪言語行動を行う際に，日本のほうが客観的事実より，その事実が相手に与える影響を重視する姿勢が見られる。 謝罪ストラテジーの利用状況について，先行研究とほぼ同じような結論が出た。中国ドラマの場合はストラテジーの種類にこだわらず，不快状況の違いに応じて複数の異なるストラテジーを組み合わせて謝罪言語行動を達成する傾向が強い。一方，日本ドラマでは，「明確な謝罪表明」が基本的なストラテジーとなる。 |
