| 内容記述 | The number of HIV/AIDS patients is increasing in Kagoshima Prefecture, and improved skill in HIV testing and counseling is called for. This study makes an examination of the planning and running of seminars about HIV testing and counseling from 2014 to 2016. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of seminars on regional collaboration in Kagoshima Prefecture, and the significance of having AIDS counsellors in Kagoshima Prefecture engaged in planning the seminars. I examined the seminar process from the following points: (1) previous meetings of seminar planners, (2) meetings of planners and lecturers based on the survey conducted previous to seminars, (3) seminar programs, (4) discussion between the planners and lecturers based on the survey conducted after the seminars. I engaged in planning seminars as a counsellor hired by Kagoshima Prefectural Government. Seminar content included lectures on HIV infection and role-playing for improving the skill of HIV testing and counseling. Participants exchanged opinions about HIV testing and counselling. Participants seemed to be satisfied with the seminars. Because the seminar planners had chosen lecturers of seminars who were in Kagoshima Prefecture, it was considered that planners and lecturers could pick up problems about HIV infection in Kagoshima Prefecture and that a collaboration of HIV professionals had resulted from the seminars. It was significant that the counsellors could devise hypothetical cases about HIV/AIDS patients. Therefore, it seemed that the seminars were useful for participants to engage in HIV testing and counseling based on the characteristics of people requesting such testing and counseling, and for collaboration between public health centres and hospitals to enhance while maintaining patient anonymity. The enhancement of HIV testing, the HIV counseling system including prevention programs in Kagoshima Prefecture is important. |

| 内容記述 | 近年，鹿児島県においても新規HIV感染者及びエイズ患者数は増加傾向にあり，HIV検査相談担当者のスキルアップが求められている。本研究では，本県で開催した2014年度から2016年度までのHIV検査相談研修会の実践過程を検証し，HIV検査相談体制における地域連携にもたらした効果と，派遣カウンセラーが研修会の企画運営に携わることの意義について検討することを目的とした。方法は，2014年度研修会立ち上げまでの経緯と，2014年度から2016年度の3年間の研修会の実践過程を検証した。3年間の実践過程については，主に①企画者による事前協議，②研修会参加希望者への事前アンケート結果を踏まえた企画者と講師による事前打ち合わせ会，③研修会当日，④研修参加者に実施した事後アンケート結果を踏まえた企画者と講師による振り返り会，の4点から検討した。筆者は派遣カウンセラーとして研修会の企画運営に携わった。 研修内容は，知識の習得を目的とした講義と，検査相談対応に必要なスキル向上を目的としたロールプレイや情報交換を目的としたグループディスカッションとした。また，様々な職種の講師を全て県内から選出した。 その結果，研修会参加者からは研修内容に対して概ね良好な評価が得られた。研修会実施が地域連携にもたらした効果として，県内から講師を選出したことで，本県の課題を抽出することが可能となり，関係者間の連携強化につながり，さらには県主導の地域連携につながったと推察された。また，派遣カウンセラーが研修会の企画運営に携わることの意義として，ロールプレイにおける仮想事例の設定を工夫できたことで，個別性の高いHIV検査相談対応を学ぶ研修参加者のスキルの向上の一助となったこと，受検者の匿名性を保持した保健所と医療機関の連携を強化することが可能となったと思われた。今後は本県における予防啓発を含めたさらなる検査相談体制の充実を図ることが重要であろうと思われた。 |
