| 内容記述 | 近年の我が国の高齢者人口は年々増加の一途を辿り、鹿児島県においても３人に１人が高齢者という現状である。そのような中で、地域老人クラブでは、「楽しみ感情」を誘発するレクリエーションを手段として、活発な活動が行われている。そこで本研究では、地域老人クラブでのレクリエーション活動の参加状況や参加者の心身の健康について把握し、自主的なレクリエーション活動への取り組みが及ぼす影響について明らかにすることを主たる目的とした。 鹿児島市の高齢者クラブの参加者88名を対象に、レクリエーション活動、健康、運動に関するアンケートを実施した。その結果、以下のことが示された。 １）地域老人クラブの活動への参加は、後期高齢者の女性の割合が高かったが、活動への参加頻度が高く、熱心に参加している者は男性に多いことが示された。 ２）レクリエーション活動に参加する理由は、健康づくりや気晴らし、他者との触れ合いの項目が多い結果であり、参加者はレクリエーション活動を、心身の健康に良いものと認識していることが参加の要因であることが示唆された。 ３）健康度、運動に関しては、参加者の健康度、運動は比較的に高い得点を示し、満足度による検討から、参加者にとっての健康とは精神的や社会的な健康であり、さらに活動への満足度の高さが社会的健康度に影響していることが示唆された。 |

A questionnaire on recreation activities, health, and exercise was conducted for 88 participants in the senior citizens clubs in Kagoshima City. The following results were 1） A lot of elderly women were participating in the activities and male older adults were active and participated enthusiastically. 2）The reason for participating in recreational activities was health promotion and distraction, contact with others. In other words they were participation because of recognized as better for mental and physical health. 3） Participants health and exercise scores showed relatively high. Health imaged by participants was mental and social health, so it was suggested that the level of satisfaction with the activities has an impact on social health. |
