| 内容記述 | 高齢者ケアにおける看護職と介護職との協働的あり方を検討する資料とするために,介護職188名を対象に,介護職のクライアント情報の認識のしかたとその資格,教育背景,勤務施設等との関連を検討した。その結果,1.保健福祉施設に勤務している介護職の方が医療施設の介護職より<病気の状態>に関する情報と<療養生活環境>に関する情報を重視していた。2.介護福祉士はヘルパー 3級,無資格者よりも<病気の状態>に関する情報と<療養生活環境>に関する情報を重視していた。3.介護福祉士,ヘルパー1級・2級は身体的問題によってクライアントに生じている生活上の問題を系統的に把握する枠組みと対人認知の枠組みを持っていた。4 .ヘルパー 3級は<療養生活環境>に関する情報と<物事に対処するときの基本的な構え>に関する情報でひとつのクラスターを形成していた。5.無資格者は対人認知の枠組みをもっていた。以上の結果を分析したところ,クライアント情報の認識のしかたには,その資格や教育背景,勤務施設における役割が影響していることが推察された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We examined the relation between the degree of serious consideration of client information care personnel recognized and their qualification, their educational background and the work facilities for 188 care personnel. The results were as follows;1.The care personnel who work in health and welfare facilities attached greater importance to the information on the condition of the disease and information on the medical treatment environment than the care personnel who work in medical facilities. 2. Care workers attached greater importance to the information on the condition of the disease and the information on the medical treatment environment than home helpers of the third rank and unqualified personnel. 3. Care workers, home helpers of the first rank and home helpers of the second rank had the frame of reference which systematically recognizes the problems in the life of the client and that which recognizes his personality. 4. Helpers of the third rank formed one cluster in the information on the medical treatment environment and the information on the fundamental attitude in coping with things. When the results above were analyzed, it was guessed that the qualifications, the educational background and role in the work facilities of the care personnel affected the degree of serious consideration of client information care personnel recognized. | |||||||||||||
