For the multiple purpose in the research the size of experiments in classical system often \nbecomes too large as in this investigation. The multifactorial experiments were desigined and the \northogonal array L_{54} (2^1×3^{25}) was used. Seven factors，A at 6 levels, others B~G at 3, were picked up and put to the array. But the mistake in arrangement of some factors was caused and it made theoretically clear analysis of variance impossible. The auther elucidates the mechanism of the failure and shows a \npractical remedy for the present difficulties.
