本研究の目的は,パーソナリティ特性であるHealth Locus of Control (HLC)が,保健指導のアセスメント手段として妥当であるか,構造分析により検討することである。調査は,鹿児島県日置市で実施した健康総合調査を受けた200名のうち,協力の同意が得られた54名にHLCのインタビューを実施した。HLCの全14項目を分析するにあたり,内的統制と外的統制,さらに期待と強化価と心理的状況に分類して統計解析をおこなった。その結果,今回の対象者は外的統制よりも内的統制傾向にある者が多かった。項目間の関連から,内的統制と外的統制は関連が見られないか逆相関しており,構造的に区別されることが明らかになった。一方,因子分析による期待,強化価,心理的状況を区別する因子は見出せなかった。保健指導におけるHLCの評価指標としての適用は,統制傾向を考慮した介入を可能にする。今後は,統制傾向を簡便に判別できるHLC尺度の開発が必要である。 |

The purpose of this study is to consider whether Health Locus of Control (HLC), a personal trait, is valid as an assessment method of health education. This study was conducted in Hioki city, Kagoshima Prefecture and the subjects were 54 interviewees of HLC among 200 health research subjects. In the analysis of all 14 items of HLC, statistical analysis was conducted by categorizing according to internal locus of control and external locus of control and furthermore expectancy, reinforcement value and psychological situation. The results amongst subjects of this study show that there were more people who tend to be an internal locus of control rather than an external locus of control. In terms of relationship between items, the relation between internal locus of control and external locus of control is either no relation or inverse correlation and it becomes obvious that they can be clearly discriminated constitutively. Meanwhile no factor was found to discriminate expectancy, reinforcement value or psychological situation by factor analysis. Application of HLC as an evaluation index in health education will enable different interventions due to control tendency and, in the future, it is necessary to develop a scale that identifies control tendency more easily. |
