| 内容記述 | 農村活性化営造策略は長年の努力と経験の結集である｡本研究では, 農村活性化営造計画による農村発展の現状とその過程を検証した｡しかし, 経済や社会環境の変化により, 農民や農業の地位は年々衰退している｡政府農政機関は一連の農村活性化営造政策を推し進め, 他の各関連機関もそれぞれの範囲内で農村団地への活性化計画を支援してきた｡環境の改善と産業発展計画の推進により, 農村の経済振興と生活環境改善に効果が上がることを期待したい｡本研究では, 農村活性化営造を７つの観点から分析検討する｡はじめに, 農村活性化の理念と事業計画の進め方のこれまでの経緯を検討する｡また, 台南県七股郷渓南村を実証対象とし, 農村の現況と住民へのアンケート調査によって得られた結果をもとに, 農村活性化営造の過程・現況と課題を探り, 政府の支援下での農村活性化事業の具体的な効果を検証する｡農村活性化は営造の結果であり, 一定の効果があった｡今後, 農漁産品の産地直売制度の早期確立, 農村地域の資源と住民のニーズの把握, 広域計画との連携強化, 都市農業の営造, 政府の支援活動強化, などが必要なことが明らかになった｡ 社会や経済の変化に対応した事業計画の見直しが不可欠である｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Taiwan government carried out rural planning more than five decades. This research considers its progress for community building. With the cooperation of the authorities concerned, the government supported rural community. The policy of industrial prosperity induced the result of rural community promotion. The focus of this research is a case study looking at seven points. Analysing the results, it can be seen that residents are satisfied with the implementation of the plans for community building. However there are many issues still to tackled including strengthening the establishment of a direct-sales system, the grasp of residents’ needs, cooperation with a broader-based plan, maintenance of an urban agricultural land, and governmental support service. It is necessary to reexamine the plan for community building according to the changing of thetimes. | |||||
