| 備考 | we studied qualitatively on the compounds related to nucleic acid in pyloric appendage of skipjack. In the extract of pyloric appendage treated with 0.lM-NaCl or hot water, We confirmed pentose and desoxypentose as sugar components, adenine or hypoxanthine, uracil (or uracil and cytosin) as purin and pyrimidin derivativcs･ It was found that the color reaction ofsugars was faint in those samples which were stored for long times or heated for long hours. And also we confirmed adenine, hypoxanthine and guanine (or xanthine) in the hydrolysate of pyloric appendage extract by paper partition chromatography, and the total purim base nitrogen was 0.44%. | |||||
