| 内容記述 | It is necessary to use considerable amount of sample for the separation or estimation of protein. In this study, authors tried to separate the protein from the substance which contains nitrogen compounds and some other impurities, by the application of a modified dialysis method using a piece of filter paper and collodion. By this method, the separation of protein can be accomplished by using remarkably small amount of sample, and more conveniently this procedure can also be applied as a micro method for determing the protein content. In the previous method, the protein has oftell been denaturated, during the treatment also, but by the author's the separating procedure of protein can be accomplished without such inconvinient effect. |
