| 内容記述 | In machine and structural design, it is necessary to predict the natural frequencies of machine parts and structural members in order to avoid resonance. The frequency equations can be obtained by applying end conditions to the solution of the equation of motion. In this case, it has been assumed that all the end conditions, anticipated on physical grounds, could be given before commencing with the calculations. However, some of the end conditions should be obtained analytically through the calculations. This report is concerned with end conditions which have been obtained by the theoretical analysis of vibration for a thin uniform bar. |
