| 内容記述 | 現在、社会問題となっている生活習慣病が増加しているため、日常的な食生活を通じて健康維持や改善を図ることが重視され、古く中国から伝わった「食養」や「医食同源」などの考え方が注目されている。さらに、健全な食のための農業にも重視すべきだと考え、「医食農同源」という思想が広がった。本研究は、中国における古典的農書の内容を整理して紹介した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, with the increase of lifestyle-related diseases, there has been great concern surrounding the improvement of the eating habits of the Japanese people in order to keep them healthy. With regards to these concerns, this paper takes a look at two ideas originating from ancient China that are attracting a great deal of attention. The philosophy behind "Dietetics" and "Yisyokudogen" (the notion that some medical treatments and meals share the same sources). Moreover, because of food safety concerns, agricultural practices need to be carefully considered. The beliefs underpinning "Yisyokudogen" have been widely accepted. The objective of this research is to introduce and evaluate the contents of classic Chinese agricultural books. | |||||
