"　現代社会の属性として，情報社会という観察がよくなされる。しかし，情報の流通・譲渡にはいくつかの困難・パラドックスがあるようにおもわれる。本稿では，「コピ太郎のパラドックス」「立ち読みのパラドックス」「猫に鈴のパラドックス」「ここだけのパラドックス」などの諸パラドックスが，情報の流通・譲渡には生じやすいことを，まず確認する。つぎに，家元制と呼べる情報譲渡システムによっては，これらのパラドックスの克服が可能であることをしめす。以上の分析をふまえて，「情報社会」（情報の譲渡量が増大する社会）においては，「家元」化社会の性格が増大する蓋然性が存する，という\u003c予想\u003eを提起する。最後にこの考究がもたらす社会観的含意についてもふれる。",
