| 内容記述 | 主観的健康感は、生命予後との関連性が認められている健康指標のひとつである。そこで、与論島の農業従事者の200名を対象に、主観的健康感および身体的健康とライフスタイルとの関連性を検討するために、質問紙調査を実施し、以下の結果が得られた。1)健康習慣は、男女それぞれ69.5、83.7%が「普通～良い」であった。2)主観的健康感は、60歳未満の男性と全女性では、健康群が80%を超えた。3)肥満者率は、男女、それぞれ33.3、32.4%であり、肥満群において高い血圧レベルの割合が有意に高かった。4)主観的健康感と健康習慣との間には、直接的な関連性はみられなかったが、主観的健康感は、健康に対する不安(健康不安)および身体的健康度(血圧)と、また健康不安は、ストレスの有無およびストレス処理の状況と有意な関連が認められた。これらの結果から、与論島の農業従事者は概ね良好な主観的健康感をもっていることが分かった。主観的健康感は、ライフスタイルあるいは身体的健康度の認知による健康不安およびストレス対処の有無によって影響されることが示唆され、心身の相関作用の認識の上にたった、包括的な地域保健活動が重要と思われた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The questionnaire survey for analyzing the relationship among subjective health status, physical health and lifestyle in agriculture workers residing in Yoron Island was carried out. The results are as follows. 1) Of the subjects, 69.5% of the men and 83.7% of women reported moderate and good health practices. 2) Of the subjects, more than 80% of the women and men (under the age of 60 years) recognized their subjective health status as good. 3) The proportion of the men and women who were decided as their obesity were 33.3%, 32.4%, respectively. The status of obesity was significantly associated with the levels of blood pressure. 4) Although the correlation between subjective health status and health practices and was not detected, subjective health status was significantly associated with the anxiety over health and the levels of blood pressure. Further, the anxiety over health was significantly related to the status stress and coping with stress. These results indicated that subjective health status was affected by individual lifestyles, the anxiety over health and the unsuccessful coping with stress, and that the necessity of conceptualizing health in a broader way and incorporating mental health care in community health activity. | |||||
