| 内容記述 | 近縁では、サジーの副産物は主なサジー種油、サジーの実、サジーの食物繊維などである。世界では、サジーのブランド商品が迅速に発展している。サジーの副産物の利用が多くなっており、より多くの消費者に認められている。サジー副産物の利用が年々増加している。サジー実に作られる薬品と商品は良く売られている。しかし、サジー実を収穫するのは難しく、今は供給不足の状態にある。本研究では、中国東北地区におけるサジーの流通実態を明らかにした。サジー副産物の供給状況を考察した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, seed oil, fruit and dietary fiber are the main by-products of sea buckthorn. The sale of sea buckthorn by-products are growing rapidly world-wide. The utilization of these by-products has been recognized by many consumers; demand is increasing year on year. The food and drugs manufactured from sea buckthorn fruit are sold in considerable numbers. However, it is difficult to harvest sea buckthorn fruit; consequently there is a lack of supply. The objective of this study is to clarify the distribution and supply situation of sea buckthorn in Northeast China, and to identify a method of increasing supply and remedy the existing problem. | |||||
