| 内容記述 | 目的：関節リウマチ患者のセルフマネジメントの実態を明らかにする。 方法：対象はK病院の外来に通院するリウマチ患者。療養生活でのセルフマネジメントに関して半構造化面接を行った。Krippendorff の内容分析で分析した。 結果：20名に面接を行った。43のコード，12のサブカテゴリー，2つのカテゴリーに分類された。カテゴリーは，【痛みへの対処】【生活上の工夫】で，【痛みへの対処】のサブカテゴリーは，［薬を使う］［痛みの状況を把握する］［痛みが楽になる方法を試す］などだった。【生活上の工夫】のサブカテゴリーは，［痛くなる状況を避ける］［他者に支援を依頼する］［道具や資源を活用する］などだった。 結論：関節リウマチ患者の生活には痛みが常に存在し，主に痛みに対処しながら生活を送っていた。医療者は患者の痛みを理解し支援していく必要がある。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The aim of this study was to clarify the self-care behaviors of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods: Twenty RA patients of a rheumatoid arthritis center participated in a semi-structured interview regarding their self-management during recuperation. Interview data were analyzed by Krippendorf’s content analysis. Results: The content analysis revealed 43 codes, 12 subcategories, and 2 categories. The categories were named [pain management] and [resourcefulness in daily life]. The [pain management] category included the following subcategories: [use of medicine], [grasp the situation of pain], and [methods to relieve pain]. The subcategory of [resourcefulness in daily life] included the following subcategories: [avoiding painful situations], [asking others for support], and [utilizing available tools and resources]. Conclusion: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis must live with and cope with pain. Therefore, medical staff must understand patients’ pain and provide adequate support. |
