| 内容記述 | 本稿では，農地保全活動に関与する組織間関係を明らかにした。鹿児島県伊佐市のUS 校区を対象に行った分析結果は次の5 つに整理できる。 第１に，農地保全活動は，非農家を含む自治会加入世帯の出役によって維持されている。第２に，多面的支払い組織の農家集団は自治会の農地保全活動の充実・強化に貢献している。第３に，小規模集落では，集落間の連携が進まない中，多面的支払い組織がその活動を代替している。第４に，活動エリアが集落ごとに分割されているために，大規模農業経営にとっては非効率性が生じ得る。第５に，農地保全活動の継続のためには，自治会の加入世帯を維持するほか，広域的農地保全体制への見直しが求められている。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, involvement and relationship between residents’ autonomous organizations(RAOs) and the grant organizations of direct payment for activities to enhance multifunctionality（ODMs） on agricultural land conservation have been revealed. Results of a case study performed in the ‘US’ Primary School District in Isa City, Kagoshima Prefecture can be summarized in the following five points. First, in rural areas, the residents’ organization in village, so called Jichikai is mainly engaged on agricultural land conservation relying on non-farm house holders’ participation. Secondly, the farmer's group belong in ODMs contribute to the enhancement and strengthening of the agricultural land conservation activities of the Jichikai. Thirdly, however, in small vi llages with few households, ODMs are replacing their above activities while cooperation of agricultural land conservation between villages is hard to be expected. Fourth, the ODMs activity area is divided by the territory of the respective villages, therefore there can be inefficiency for largescale farmers. Fifth, in order to ensure the agricultural land conservation activities in the future, it is necessary not only to maintain the members of Jichikai , but also to seeking the way to wide -area agricultural land conservation system. |
