| 内容記述 | 本研究では、20世紀前半の戦間期のヨーロッパ、とくにフランスにおいて、科学がどのように哲学によって理解されるようになり、その理解がそれ以前の哲学における科学の理解とどのように変化してきたのか、またその理解がその時代の他の文化的、社会的な考え方とどのような関係にあったのかということを、特にジャン・カヴァイエスの事例を中心に文献学的、史学的な方法を用いて調査、研究を行った。このような研究によって、現在の科学についての哲学的、社会学的な理解を相対化し、それらとは異なる角度から現在の社会における科学について理解することが可能になるという点にその現在的な意義が見出される。 | |||||
